It was interesting for us to learn what you know about Japan, but we would also like to comment: You knew the cities Nagasaki and Hiroshima, and we thought that you learnt about the atomic bombing during the Second World War in your history classes. Some of us eat traditional Japanese breakfast, but some eat also toast and butter and in general our food is more westernized than you think. We agree that most Japanese are hardworking, but it’s more the young people who are friendly and open to visitors from other countries. We were disappointed that Japanese culture is not so much spread in your part of Germany, because you didn’t know any Japanese artists and singers. (Teru) |
