We also had some idea about your culture and food. We knew that you wear special clothes for certain occasions, but couldn’t think of the word “Kimono”.

We knew that you eat a lot of rice and drink green tea whereas the Germans eat more potatoes and drink coffee.

You usually eat with chopsticks and we use knives, forks and spoons. Many of us have cable TV and one girl watched Japanese Sumo wrestlers. (Melanie)
