We went on a school trip in October. We went to Okayama,
and
Hiroshima. On the first day, we went on cruse in Seto Inner
Sea and sailed under the Seto Great Bridge.
On the second day, we had a group tour. We made groups
and
traveled according to our own plans.
Let us talk about the second day because we enjoyed it the most
of all.

Our group went to Kurashiki on the second day. First we
visited
Ivy Square. In there, we painted and made a print on a cup.
It was
difficult and not enough time to finish. Then we went to
musium there.
There were some paintings drawn by famous painters I had ever seen
on
the world history textbook.
After eating lunch, Yakisoba, we walked around the town where
there were
a lot of old houses and shops. I felt like being in a last century.

Our trip on the second day was interesting and moving.
Our goal of the trip was " To talk with local people of Okayama."
We first visited Koraku-en, which is a traditional Japanese
style
garden. There were children on a field trip at the gate, so we
greeted to each other "Hello!" There were a lot of trees and
grass fields, where we found a small shop. We talked with the
old
lady who worked there. We had green tea and some sweet, and she
kindly gave us extra sweet.
Then we went to a museum of Yumeji Takehisa, who is a famous
painter.
He had drawn Japanese women beautifully, and we forgot about the time.
Next we visited Mr. Arimatsu, who was a professional atelier
to learn
to make a glass work. Before starting making a glass, we found
a cute
little girl there and we talked the her and played with her.
Next we
went to an antique shop and we had some drink and cake at the tea
room. Then, I couldn't stop tearing. I don't know why.
But maybe I realized how nice to have such good friends around and
to
meet kind local people in Okayama.
